I had to workout today. I have a 5k I am training for and I have been slacking. Plus with my knee hurting still from the accident back in October, it is going to be a challenge even finishing this thing. I was able to run for 3.1 miles or equivalent to 5k. So that’s pretty exciting. Only mild knee pain.
After that I zipped over to Whole Foods for some veggies to grill. I picked up some exotic fruits (red papaya, asian pear and mango) for a fruit salad. I brought in my Whole Foods bag and got 10¢ back for using it. Very exciting. I also picked up some handcut goat milk soap and white tea. It was a successful trip.
I continued work on Clessidra. My hands are beginning to hurt but I’m in the process of shaping the calf. I feel like I’m on a roll so I don’t want to stop quite yet. More progress to come including pictures.
