It’s Tae Bo Tuesday, meaning I do Tae Bo on Tuesdays as part of my wonderful workout plan. What this also means, but many don’t know, is my special time with Billy Banks and an hour of him yelling at me. “Don’t bounce,” he scolds me. “If you can’t hold your leg at a 120-degree angle for five minutes while brushing your teeth and vacuuming the floor you need to go back to the Basic tapes,” he pushes. Well, maybe not that dramatic. But I tell Billy every time that these Advanced tapes are the only ones I have so I have to stick with these. Today will be my third consecutive Tae Bo Tuesday so we’ll see if I’ve made any progress in my fight for Tae Bo perfection.
