I’ve been meaning to show you some of the stuff I’ve collected and thought it would be great to have it all together in one post.
This is a lamp I got from Pier 1. I really should’ve gotten two as they would make great living room lamps. But I only got one. Right now it’s serving as a nightstand lamp.
A Buddha statue from Target. I’ve placed it in my room to bless my surroundings.
Your simple Ikea mirror turned into gold. I coated the navy blue frame in silver glitter paint and then handpainted a foam butterfly stamp to create two butterflies in the corners.
A prize fine in Des Moines, this is a mirrorball candle plate.
It’s a mini dressmaker’s stand. It sits on my dresser looking all cute.
I’ve never been to Paris, but I wish I could go. Until then, I’ll have a piece of Paris around me with this Eiffel Tower statue.
I’ve had this for so long but love it still. I got it from the Fossil store and I love it’s 50s nostalgic drawing. Unfortunately, the ticking of the clock is so loud, it drives me bonkers. So I leave it turned off and display it for its aesthetic value.
This little home decor I found in Epcot’s Japan Pavillion. The ball is constructed out of purple thread and in the middle is a little origami girl. So delicate and beautiful.
Something I’ve also had for years. I think it came from a magazine and I think the picture is so beautiful. The hand was painted with splattered paint and the rose looks so eloquent held by the hand.
