I made Pioneer Woman‘s Marmalade Muffins—from her The Pioneer Woman Cooks cookbook—to go along with some breaded baked chicken, mashed potatoes and corn. Oh. My. God. Not that you should be at all surprised that a recipe from PW isn’t the most delicious thing you’ve ever eaten, but in case you do need such information, now you know. These wee muffins could possibly be the best thing I’ve ever had. They are by far tasty with a delicious brown sugar orange glaze.
Here they are all delicious and yummy awaiting someone to eat them. If you haven’t run out to buy her cookbook, you should do that now. Then make these muffins. Then bring me half. Thanks.
