I recently purchased a bottle of Starbucks Coffee Liqueur and wanted to make a coffee flavored martini. Hopped on the Starbucks website, I found the Cafe Con Leche recipe. Here’s how to make it:
- 2 parts Vodka
- 1.5 parts Coffee liqueur
- 1 part Butterscotch Schnapps
- 1 part cream (I used a half & half creamer, plus it makes more sense then a whole thing of creamer)
- Shake first three ingredients with ice and strain into a turbinado sugar rimmed martini glass. Float cream on top.
